以建筑施工企业为例,在剖析建筑施工企业管理中存在的市场营销管理、项目承包管理、资金管理、结算管理等问题的基础上,从企业战略、项目管理、财务制度落实、结算跟进等方面,提出了完善施工企业管理的对策和建议。

Taking construction enterprises as examples,this paper analyzes the problems in the management of construction enterprises,such as marketing management,project contract management,fund management,settlement management and so on. In order to deal with these problems,this paper proposes some measures and recommendations to improve the management of the construction enterprises from aspects of the enterprise strategy,project management,the implementation of the financial system and the settlement of the management.
