一个Cu(Ⅱ)三维超分子配合物的溶剂热合成 被引量:2

摘要 以1,3-二咪唑丙烷(1,3-bip)、对苯二甲酸(H2tpa)和Cu(NO_3)_2·3H_2O为原料,在溶剂热条件下合成了铜(Ⅱ)配合物[Cu(1,3-bip)(tpa)·H_2O·MeOH]_n,并采用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射对配合物进行了表征.测定结果表明:晶体属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.988 57(5)nm,b=1.032 33(5)nm,c=1.062 71(6)nm,α=90.040(4)°,β=99.465(4)°,γ=109.765(5)°.合成配合物中tpa充当桥联配体与Cu(Ⅱ)离子形成二维(4,4)网格结构,经过1,3-bip的进一步修饰,形成一种有趣的二维结构,溶剂分子甲醇作为一个二连接的节点,通过分子间氢键连接相邻的上述二维面形成一个具有三维超分子构型的配合物.此外,研究了该配合物的热稳定性. A three dimensional supermoleeule [Cu (1,3-bip) (tpa) · H2 O ·MeOH-], was synthesized from 1,3-bis(imidazole) propane(I, 3-bip), terephthalic acid(H2 tpa) and copper nitrate trihydrate by solvothermal method and confirmed via elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The results reveal that the structure of the title complex with a triclinic system, space group P-1 ,α=0. 988 57 (5) nm,b=1. 032 33(5) nm,c=1. 062 71(6) nm,α=90. 040(4) °,β=99. 465(4)°,γ=109. 765(5)°. In the title complex,the tpa as a bridging ligand connect Cu( 11 ) ion to form a two-dimensional (4,4) grid layer structure,through 1,3-bip further modification,a interesting two-dimensional supermolecule was forming, the solvent molecules of methanol as a binode connect two adjacent above-mentioned layer to form a supramolecular structure. In addition, the thermal stability property of the title complex was investigated.
