2012～2014年蓟县0～14岁儿童伤害监测结果分析

Analysis on injury surveillance data among children aged 0-14,Ji county,2012-2014

目的了解蓟县0~14岁儿童伤害发生情况,为制定预防儿童伤害的干预措施提供科学依据。方法对2012~2014年天津市蓟县29家医院0~14岁儿童伤害病例资料进行统计分析。结果 2012~2014年,共报告0~14岁儿童伤害6 114例,其中男童4 221例(占69.03%),女童1 893例(占30.96%),性别比为2.23∶1;0~14岁儿童伤害原因前5位依次是跌倒1 983例(占46.98%)、动物伤824例(占19.52%)、钝器伤468例(占11.09%)、利器伤271例(占6.42%)、机动车交通事故208例(占4.93%),不同性别伤害发生原因差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);伤害发生地点以家中3 897例(占63.74%)、公路/街道881例(占14.41%)和学校与公共场所815例(占13.33%)为主,不同年龄伤害发生地点差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);伤害部位以上肢2 175例(占35.57%)、下肢1 871例(占30.60%)、和头面部/颈部1 357例(占22.19%)为主,不同年龄伤害发生部位差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);伤害大部分为非故意共5 583例,占91.32%,不同年龄伤害性质差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);伤害严重程度多为轻度共5 102例,占83.45%,不同年龄伤害严重程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论跌倒、动物伤、钝器伤、利器伤和机动车交通事故是儿童伤害的主要原因。

Objective To understand the incidence of injury among children aged 0-14,so as to provide scientific basis for making prevention measures for injury of children. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of children aged 0-14 in 29 hospitals in Ji county,2012-2014. Results During 2012-2014,a total of 6114 cases of injury among children aged 0-14 were reported pn Ji county,4221 cases were boys （69.00%） ,1893 cases were girls（30.96%） ,the sex ratio was 2. 23 ： 1 ;the top five were fall with 1983 cases （46.98%） ,animal injury with 824 cases （19.52%）, blunt injury with 468 cases （11.09%） ,sharp injury with 271 cases （6.42%） ,and motor vehicle traffic accident in 208 cases （4. 93%） injuries mainly occurred at home with 3897 cases （63.74%）,highway/street in 881 cases （14.41%） and schools and public places in 815 cases （13.33 % ） ; the main parts were the upper limb injury with 2175 cases （35.57 % ）, the lower limbs with1871 cases （30.60%）,and the head face/neck in 1357 cases （22.19%） ;most of them were the unintentional injuries in 5583 cases,91.32% ;injury severity was mild in 5102 cases, accounting for 83.45%. Conclusion Falls,animal injury,blunt injury,sharp injury and traffic accidents are the main causes of child injury.
