2013～2016年宿迁市不同级别医疗机构消毒质量检测

Detection on disinfection quality in medical institutions at different levels,Suqian city,2013-2016

目的了解宿迁市医疗机构卫生消毒质量状况,规范医院消毒质量管理,预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法对宿迁市2013~2016年医疗机构物体表面、医护人员手、无菌试验、使用中消毒液、室内空气、胃镜冲洗液、透析用水、紫外线灯、压力蒸汽灭菌器进行采样检测。结果 2013~2016年共检测样品3 789份,合格3 385份,合格率为89.34%。各年合格率分别为85.61%、87.79%、90.80%、92.14%,不同年份合格率的差异有无统计学意义(P>0.05)。物体表面、医护人员手、无菌试验、使用中消毒液、室内空气、胃镜冲洗液、透析用水、紫外线灯、压力蒸汽灭菌器的合格率分别为:85.78%、82.29%、99.09%、96.14%、78.39%、95.77%、98.41%、95.77%、100.00%。个体诊所、民营医院、乡卫生院、县级医院、市级医院消毒质量合格率分别为:83.96%、88.33%、87.09%、89.54%、91.60%。结论宿迁市医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,室内空气较低,其次是医护人员手。

Objective To understand the sanitary disinfection quality in medical institutions of Suqian city, standardize management of disinfection quality,and prevent the nosocomial infection. Methods Sampling detection was conducted on surfaces of objects, hands of medical staff, sterility tests, disinfectants in use, indoor air, gastric lavage fluid, dialysis water,ultraviolet lamps,and pressure steam sterilizers in medical institutions of Suqian city. Results A total of 3 789 samples were detected during 2013-2016,3 385 were qualified, the qualified rate was 89.34%. The annual qualified rate was85.61% ,87.79% ,90.80% and 92.14%, With no significant differences in different years（ P 〉0.05）. The qualified rate of surfaces of objects, hands of medical staff, sterility tests, disinfectants in use, indoor air, gastric lavage fluid, dialysis water,ultraviolet lamps, and pressure steam sterilizers was respectively 85.78%, 82.29%, 99.09%, 96.14%, 78.39%, 95.77 %, 98.41%, 95.77 % and 100. 00 %. The qualified rate of private clinics, private hospitals, township hospitals, coun- tyqevel hospitals,municipal hospitals was respectively 83.96% ,88. 33% ,87.09% ,89.54% and 91.60%. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality is good in medical institutions of Suqian city, but the qualified rate of indoor air is a little low,and also the qualified rate of medical staff＇s hands.
