某高校不同专业医学实习生手卫生知识知晓状况和依从性调查

Survey on the awareness and compliance of hand hygiene knowledge among medical interns of different majors in a university

目的了解不同专业医学实习生手卫生知识知晓情况及手卫生依从性。方法 2016年7~10月,采用问卷调查和现场考核的方法,对某高校不同专业338名医学实习生手卫生知识知晓状况和依从性进行调查分析。结果手卫生知识知晓率为73.67%,医疗、护理、麻醉、影像和检验专业的手卫生知识知晓率分别是67.88%、78.91%、62.30%、69.74%和73.04%;手卫生依从性为59.17%,其中医疗、护理、麻醉、影像和检验等专业手卫生依从性分别是52.71%、73.81%、61.25%、51.58%和60.00%,不同专业实习生接触患者前、无菌操作前和接触患者后手卫生依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手卫生正确率为44.56%,其中医疗、护理、麻醉、影像和检验等专业的手卫生正确率分别为40.89%、55.47%、55.95%、40.78%和43.38%;不同专业洗手步骤、洗手时间和手消毒方法正确率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同专业医学实习生对手卫生重视程度不同,医疗和护理专业对手卫生知识的知晓情况和手卫生依从性高于其他专业。

Objective To understand the awareness and compliance of hand hygiene among medical interns of different majors. Methods A total of 338 medical interns of different majors from a university were surveyed on the awareness and compliance of hand hygiene by self-designed questionnaires and field examinations during July-October, 2016. Results The awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge among medical interns was 73.67%. And the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge in the interns majored in medical treatment, nursing, anesthesiology, medical imaging, and medical laboratory was 67.88%,78.91%,62.3%,69.74% and 73.04% respectively. The compliance rate of hand hygiene was 59.17%. And the compliance rate of hand hygiene in the interns majored in medical treatment, nursing, anesthesiology, medical imaging, and medical laboratory was 52.71 %, 73.81%, 61.25 %, 51.58 %and 60 % respectively. There was signif leant difference in the compliance rate of before exposure to patients, before aseptic procedure, and after exposure to patients（ P 〈0.05）. The hand hygiene accuracy rate was 44.56%. And the hand hygiene accuracy rate in the interns ma jored in medical treatment, nursing, anesthesiology, medical imaging, and medical laboratory was 40.89%, 55.47%, 55.95 % ,40. 78% and 43. 38% respectively. There was significance difference among different majors in washing steps, hand washing time and hand disinfection （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The medical interns in different majors pay more or less attention to hand hygiene,The awareness rate and compliance rate of hand hygiene were higher in the interns of medical treatment and nursing professions than those in the interns of other majors.
