摘要
目的建立一种用毛细管柱气相色谱法快速、准确测定蜂胶口腔喷剂中乙醇含量的方法。方法样品经高纯水稀释后直接进样,经DB-FFAP色谱柱分离后进入氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定乙醇含量。结果乙醇分离情况良好,在1%Vol^10%Vol范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);最低检出限为0.002%Vol;低、中、高3种添加水平的加标回收率为97.10%~98.50%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.10%~3.50%。结论本法简单、快速、可靠,适用于蜂胶口腔喷剂中乙醇含量的检测。
Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography method for determination of ethanol content in propolis oral spray. Methods Samples were diluted with water after filtration,then separated with DB-FFAP capillary column and finally determined using flame ionization detector. Results The separation of ethanol was good. Linear relationship with peak area was good ( r =0. 999 9) at the concentration of 1% Vol -10% Vol ,and the limit of detection was 0. 002% Vol . The average recovery rates of 3 kinds of concentration of low,medium and high quality were 97.10%-98.50% ,with RSD of 2.10%-3. 50% (n=3). Conclusion The established GC method is simple,rapid and reliable for the determination of ethanol in propolis oral spray.
