内外科病区护士的评判性思维倾向研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究吉林市3所综合性医院内外科病区护士的评判性思维倾向。方法:2016年5月用中文版评判性思维倾向调查问卷对吉林市685名内外科病区护士进行评判性思维倾向调查,运用方差分析、非参数检验和相关性分析数据。结果:在寻找真相、开放思想和认知成熟度方面护士表现正性的评判性思维倾向,3所医院的内外病区护士在寻找真相、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度方面差异有统计学意义(P=0.002~0.019);通过与一年前对中心医院内外科病区护士的评判性思维倾向进行纵向比较,发现在寻找真相和评判性思维的自信心方面差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:多渠道、多途径开展继续教育,提高内外科病区护士的评判性思维倾向,不断提高其临床决策能力,为服务对象提供最佳服务。 Objective To study nurses" critical thinking dispositions in internal medicine and surgery wards of 3 gen- eral hospitals in Jilin. Methods A total of 685 nurses from internal medicine and surgery wards in Jilin were investigated with the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDI--CV)in May 2016. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance, non--parametric test and correlation. Results Nurses indicated a positive disposition toward crit- ical thinking in truth--seeking, open--mindedness and cognitive maturity. The CTDI--CV scores revealed a statistically significant difference among the nurses from internal medicine and surgery wards in truth--seeking, self--confidence, inquisitiveness and cognitive maturity(P=0. 002 ~ 0. 019). Survey results of critical thinking dispositions indicated a statistically significant difference among the nurses in truth--seeking and self--confidence compared with the survey results of the previous year(P=0. 001). Conclusions It is imperative for hospitals to carry on continuing education, en- hance the nurses critical thinking dispositions, constantly improve their clinical decision ability and then provide the op- timum service for the service objects.
