在归纳湖北省酸雨控制区二氧化硫污染特征的基础上 ,对我省酸雨控制区二氧化硫的防治途径进行了分析。提出了全省“十五”期间二氧化硫总量控制规划 ,并从工业点源治理、城市清洁能源两大方面安排了二氧化硫污染防治的工程措施。“十五”期间全省共安排重点项目 4 5项 ,计划投资 96 0 2 82万元 ,项目完成后削减二氧化硫 19.19万 t/ a,实现“十五”

The ways have been analysised,which prevent and control sulphur dioxide in acid rain controlled areas in hu bei province,whose plan of controlling sulphur dioxide total has been put forward during 'The Tenth Five Year Plan'.According to the treatment of industry point sources and cleaner power source in cities,the steps have been drawn up for,which prevent and control sulphur dioxide pollution.During 'The Tenth Five Year Plan',there are 45 major projects in the province,which 9,602,820,000yuan is going to be invested in.Sulphur dioxide will be reduced by 191,900t/a when the projects have been completed.And Tenth Five Year Plan Programs will be brought out.
