摘要
为了降低电镀废液的处理成本 ,改善出水水质 ,论文对用于电镀废液处理的无机高分子絮凝剂 PAFSC进行了研制 ,并研究了其对电镀废液的处理效果 ,从絮凝性能和经济方面与传统铝盐、铁盐进行了比较。结果表明 ,与传统的铝盐、铁盐絮凝剂相比 ,经 PAFSC处理后的出水水质有明显的改善 ,而且用药量少 。
In order to bring down the cost of electroplating waste water treating and better water quality of outflow,a new inorganic macromolecule flocculant PAFSC for the treatment of electro waste liquid were manufactured,and their disposal effect on electro waste liquid was studied in this paper.In addition,PAFSC was compared with traditional aluminum salt or iron salt in floccular efficiency and economy.Results indicated that the quality of waste liquid treated by PAFSC was obviously better than those by traditional aluminum salt or iron salt.However,the dosage of PAFSC was less than traditional flocculant,and the cost of PAFSC was lower than traditional flocculant.
