摘要 基于EBSILON软件建立了外置式蒸汽冷却器(蒸冷器)的节能评估模型,计算分析了其连接方式、分流比例、负荷率、机组类型和容量等对蒸冷器热经济性的影响。结果表明:在并联和加热疏水方案下,蒸冷器的节能效果随分流比例变化呈现"倒V"型趋势;不同布置方案中,负荷越低,节能量越大,而且增设蒸冷器后,负荷越低,与蒸冷器对应的加热器进口蒸汽过热度也越低;不同容量和类型的机组,主蒸汽参数越高,容量越大,蒸冷器的节能效果越好,而且空冷机组由于蒸汽有效焓降偏低,节能效果相对湿冷机组更大。 On the basis of the EBSILON software,an evaluation model for energy saving of steam cooler was established, and the influence of connection mode, bypass ratio, load rate, unit type and capacity on thermal economy of the steam cooler was analyzed. The results show that, in parallel and heating drain scheme, the energy saving of the steam cooler exhibits an "invered V" trend with the change of bypass ratio. In differ- ent layout schemes, the energy saving increases with the reducing load rate, and after adding the steam cooler,the superheat of the steam into the preheater which is connected with the steam cooler declines with the load rate. For units with different types and capacities, the energy saving performance of the steam cool- er gets better with the main steam parameters and capacity,and because the effective enthalpy drop of the steam is relatively low, the energy saving effect of the air cooling units is greater than that of the water cooling units.
