基于进化算法的伺服驱动系统速度环参数的整定

摘要 针对速度环参数整定存在的时间长和效率低等问题,提出了一种基于进化算法的伺服驱动系统速度环控制参数整定方法。该方法利用粒子群算法全局寻优的特点进行模型参数的辨识,在辨识得到的数学模型和综合性能评价指标的基础上,使用遗传算法对速度环控制器参数进行寻优整定。整定后的系统超调量小,上升时间短,具有良好的动态响应性能和鲁棒性。 Against the currently-existed problem of long tuning time and low efficiency of the speed loop, a kind of parameter tuning method to control the speed-loop of the servo-drive system based on evolutionary algorithm was presented. Features of the particle swarm optimization of this way were applied into the global optimization to distinguish the model parameter, furthermore, the genetic algorithm was applied to carry on optimized parameter-tun- ing based on the mathematic model from the parameter distinguish and comprehensive performance-evaluation index. The system maintained superior dynamic response performance and robustness with decreased overshoot and reduced rising time after it being tuned.
