摘要
使用电阻法和涡流法分别对铜导线与铜排进行导电率检测,对其与温度之间的关系进行了验证和总结。结果表明,在应用电阻法进行导电率检测时,应正确使用电阻率温度系数进行修正;在应用涡流法进行检测时,标块的校准是关键,此外两种方法都需要有效、可靠的等温测试环境。
The relationship between conductivity and temperature of copper wires in the generator were summarized and verified while the electric resistance method and eddy current method were applied to measure the conduc- tivity of the copper wire and bar. The result showed that the temperature coefficient of electric resistance had to be used to do the correction when measuring by the electric resistance method, while calibration of the reference stan- dard became the key point when measuring by eddy current method. However, both methods required the effective and reliable isothermal environment for testing.
