摘要 通过介绍核电1 100 MW发电机转子端部铜排的制造工艺,分析了三拼式结构的端部铜排在加工和制造过程中的问题,阐述了该结构铜排制造工艺的重点和难点,并通过改进工装,解决了该结构铜排在制造过中所存在的问题。 Problems produced in course of processing and manufacturing the 3-piece-jointed copper bar on the rotor end were analyzed and key points & difficult points of the processing workmanship of the copper bar production were described through introduction of the manufacture technology of the rotor end bar of the 1 I00 MW nuclear generator. The processing fixture was improved to solve the problems produced in course of processing the copper bar of this kind of construction.
