Effect of seminar on health education for patients with lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨专题讨论会对肺癌患者健康教育的效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月间陕西省宝鸡市中心医院收治的564例肺癌患者,采用随机数字表法将患者平均分为试验组和对照组,每组282例。试验组患者在常规健康教育基础上加以专题讨论会教育,对照组患者采用口头教育结合知识讲座的常规健康教育。采用自制的患者健康教育效果评价表对患者进行比较分析。采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表、焦虑自量表(SAS)和抑郁自量表(SDS)对患者生活质量进行评价并加以比较,对患者术后并发症及住院时间进行比较,统计并比较患者对合理用药、定期复查等的依从性。结果试验组患者健康教育效果为(94.6±2.1)分,对照组患者为(87.2±1.8)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表中各项得分均比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组SAS和SDS得分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组术后肺部并发症发生率为18.4%,平均住院时间11.6 d,比对照组均处于低水平,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组患者合理用药、定期复查等的依从性均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论专题讨论会有助于肺癌患者有效掌握健康教育知识,提高肺癌患者生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of seminar on health education for patients with lung cancer. Methods Five hundred and sixty-four patients with lung cancer who were treated at Baoji Central Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected. According to the random number table,patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 282 patients in each group. The control group received oral education combined with general health education lectures and on this basis,the experimental group received the symposium education. Patient health education effect evaluation scale developed by Baoji Central Hospital was used to analyze and compare the conditions of patients. European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life scale,self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and selfrating depression scale( SDS) were used to evaluate and compare quality of life. Postoperative complications and length of hospitalization were compared. Compliance on reasonable medication,regular review were compared. Results The average score of health education efficacy was( 94. 6 + 2. 1) for the experimental group and( 87. 2 + 1. 8) for the control group( P 0. 05). The score of European cancer research and treatment of cancer life quality determination of scale at each level was higher in the experimental group than in the control group( all P 0. 05). Both SAS score and SDS score were lower in the experimental group than in the control group( all P 0. 05). Postoperative pulmonary complication rate was 18. 4% and average length of stay time was 11. 6 days in the experimental group which were lower than the control group( all P 0. 05). Compliance including reasonable medication and regular review was higher in the experimental group than in the control group( all P 0. 05). Conclusion The seminar can promote patients to have a good command of knowledge on health education as well as improve quality of life in patients with lung cancer.
