3种植物精油对绿豆象成虫的熏蒸及驱避活性

Fumigant Activity and Repellent Effect of Three Kinds of Essential Oil against Callosobruchus chinensis( Linnaeus) Adults

试验测定了辽东蒿精油、野艾蒿精油及茼蒿精油对绿豆象成虫的熏蒸和驱避活性。结果表明:3种植物精油对绿豆象均有较好的熏蒸活性,辽东蒿精油体积分数为16.67μL/L,熏蒸处理8 h后校正死亡率为100%,在12 h后各精油处理组的校正死亡率均>70%;野艾蒿精油体积分数为25.00μL/L,熏蒸处理8 h后校正死亡率为100%,在12 h后各精油处理组的校正死亡率均>40%;茼蒿精油体积分数为41.67μL/L,熏蒸处理8 h后校正死亡率为100%,在12 h后各精油处理组的校正死亡率均>30%。辽东蒿精油、野艾蒿精油对绿豆象成虫的驱避活性高于茼蒿精油,10μL/L辽东蒿、野艾蒿精油处理10 min后驱避率>88%,茼蒿精油驱避率约为57%。

In order to clarify fumigant activity and repellent effect of essential oil from Artemisia verbenacea（ Komar.） Kitag.,Artemisia lavandulaefolia D C,Chrysanthemum coronarium L. against Callosobruchus chiensis（ Linnaeus） adults,the experiment treated C. chinensis with different concentrations of the essential oil. The results showed that： the three kinds of essential oil had good fumigation activity against C. chinensis adults,and when the dose of essential oil of Artemisia verbenacea（Komar.） Kitag was 16. 67 μL/L and fumigation processing lasted 8 h,corrected mortality was100%,and corrected mortality of each essential oil processing group was 〉70% after 12 h; when the dose of essential oil of Artemisia lavandulaefolia D C. was 25. 00 μL / L and fumigation processing lasted 8 h,corrected mortality was 100%,and corrected mortality in each essential oil processing group was 〉40% after 12 h; when the dose of essential oil of Chrysanthemum coronarium L. was41. 67 μL / L and fumigation processing lasted 8 h,corrected mortality was 100%,and corrected mortality in each essential oil processing group was 〉30% after 12 h; repellent activities of essentialoil of Artemisia verbenacea（ Komar.） Kitag. and Artemisia lavandulaefolia D C. to Callosobruchus chinensis（ Linnaeus） adults were higher than those of essential oil of Chrysanthemum coronarium L.The repellent rate of essential oil of Artemisia verbenacea（ Komar.） Kitag. and Artemisia lavandulaefolia D C was above 88% in dose 10 μL / L after 10 min. The repellent rate of essential oil of Chrysanthemum coronarium L. was only 57%.
