术中B超联合荧光素钠在神经胶质瘤切除术的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨联合应用B超及荧光素钠在神经胶质瘤切除术的效果。方法回顾性分析40例神经胶质瘤病例资料,术中均联合应用B超及荧光素钠。根据B超显示肿瘤位置、大小、血运及周边血流情况,指导手术入路设计,并于术中实时观察肿瘤残留情况。通过观察荧光素钠染色情况可清晰辨别肿瘤及正常脑组织。结果胶质瘤全切除33例,次全切除7例。手术治疗效果良好,无死亡病例。结论神经胶质瘤切除术中联合应用B超及荧光素钠可提高胶质瘤全切率,并减少术后并发症。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of intraoperative combined appliction of ultrasonography and sodium fluorescein for resection of glioma. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with glioma were analyzed retrospectively. Combination of ultrasonography and sodium fluorescein was applied during the glioma resection. Based on ultrasound-illustrated the location, size, blood circulation and peripheral blood flow situation of the tumor, the surgical approach was designed and real-time observation of tumor residues performed. The tumor and normal brain tissue were clearly identified by observing staining of sodium fluorescein. Results Total resection of the tumor was achieved in 33 cases and subtotal resection in 7. Surgical treatment was effective and no death occurred. Conclusions Intraoperative combination ofultrasonography and sodium fluorescein during the resection of glioma is safe and effective, can improve the total resection rate and reduce postoperative complications.
