摘要
研究开发出一种热采套损亏空井化学修复剂,其界面胶结强度大于5.21 MPa,漏失率为2.4%,析水率小于1%,突破压力梯度大于1.97 MPa/cm,耐温达390℃,耐矿化度达20×104mg/L,与油井水泥等高强度材料比较,具有界面胶结强度和突破压力高、驻留性好、析水率低、耐高温高盐、措施安全性高等。现场应用120多井次,有效率100%,增油降水效果显著,为河南油田稠油热采套损亏空井复产提供了有效的技术方法。
A chemical repairing agent for repairing a well deficient in production due to thermal recovery casing leak was developed.Its interface cementing strength is greater than 5.21 MPa,its breakthrough pressure gradient is greater than 1.97 MPa/cm,and it can resist the temperature that is as high as 390 ℃ and the salinity that is as high as 20 × 104 mg/L.The leak rate is smaller than 2.4% and the water separating proportion is 1% when it is used.This chemical repairing agent has high interface cementing strength and high breakthrough pressure,good residence property,low water separating proportion,good high temperature and high salinity resistant properties,and high safety,etc.compared to some high-strength materials like oil well cement,etc.This chemical repairing agent has been used for more than 120 welltimes with effectiveness percent being 100%.The application of this chemical repairing agent has led to remarkable oil production increase and water reduction,and it is an effective technology of resuming the production of the wells that were shut down previously due to viscous crude thermal recovery casing leak at Henan Oilfield.
