摘要
采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定硫氰酸钠溶液中铁、铜、钙含量,研究了共存元素的干扰及消除方法,考察并选择了酸介质及最佳酸度。精密度和准确度对比试验结果表明,相对标准偏差均小于4%,各元素加标回收率均在97%~104%。
Air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to determine the contents of iron,copper,and calcium,the disturbances from coexisting elements and the methods for eliminating the disturbances were studied,and an acid medium and the optimum acidity were identified through investigation.According to the results of precision-to-accuracy comparison test,all the relative standard deviations are smaller than 4% each with the recovery rate of each element being 97% to 104%.
