当前两岸青少年交流的新情况、新变化、新问题探析

Study on the Cross-Strait Youth Exchanges in the New Situation

当前两岸青少年交流的背景已经发生了不同以往的新变化:包括两岸关系进入和平发展阶段,两岸实力对比出现了显著的变化,两岸社会更加开放与包容,互联网已经成为两岸沟通交流的重要方式。在此背景下,两岸青少年交流出现了一些新的特点,如现实交流与网络交流共存并互为补充,交流内容与议题兼容并包,官方与民间共同参与等,同时也出现了诸如文化认同、价值认同、情绪冲突以及政策导向等问题。我们应关注两岸青少年交流的这些新情况、新变化、新问题,提出新的应对措施促进两岸关系和平发展。

The context within which cross-Strait youth exchanges have taken place has already been through a lot of changes, including： cross-Strait relations entering a stage of peaceful development; difference in the comparative strengths between the two sides; the respective societies becoming more open and inclusive; and the emergence of the Internet as an important means of communication between the two sides. Within this context, a number of new characteristics have emerged. These include the existence of mutually complementary online and in-person exchanges, the exchange of content and ideas, official and civilian joint participation, etc.Through these exchanges there has also emerged a cultural identity, shared values, conflicting sentiments as well as policy direction problems.We should pay attention to these new situations, new changes and new problems in cross-Strait youth exchanges and put forward new measures to promote the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations.
