台湾青年赴大陆就业创业的意愿特征、影响因素与促进策略——基于对台湾四所高校1030名大学生的问卷调查

An analysis of the Characteristics,Influencing factors and Promotion Strategies of Taiwan Young People's Coming to Mainland for Employment and Starting a Business——Based on the Questionnaire Survey of 1030 College Students from Four Universities of Taiwa

基于两岸的特殊关系和台湾特殊的政治社会生态,吸引台湾青年在大陆就业创业,参与大陆改革与建设,分享两岸和平与合作红利,是"两岸命运共同体"建设的重要课题之一。借助与台湾四所高校的联合调研数据,本文对台湾青年赴大陆交流、就业、创业、定居意愿、特征进行了描述与归纳,并就大陆应采取的促进策略提出了相应的政策建议。

Because of the special cross-Strait relations and the special political situation of Taiwan, it is one of the important projects to forge cross-Strait community of destiny by drawing more Taiwan young people coming to Mainland and starting a business, seeking employment, participating in the reform and construction of Mainland, and sharing the bonus of peace and cooperation between Taiwan and Mainland. Based on the joint survey datum with four universities in Taiwan, this article makes a detailed analysis of Taiwan young people＇s coming to Mainland to be exchange students, willing to start a business, seeking employment and living in Mainland. Furthermore, the article provides some corresponding policy suggestions for Chinese government to promote this situation.
