劳动力配置结构变化对台湾省经济增长的贡献率:1952～2015

Separation and Calculation of Labor Reallocation Effect in Taiwan:1952-2015

20世纪50年代以来,台湾省农业劳动力比重持续下降,二三产业劳动力比重不断提高,劳动力配置结构不断优化,对劳动生产率提高和经济增长的贡献增大。本文采用指数方法,从经济增长中直接分离出劳动配置效应,对台湾省1952年以来分时期分年度的劳动配置效应进行系统的考察。结果表明,劳动力配置结构优化是1964~1973年、1979~1989年、1998~2001年台湾省经济增长的重要来源,对经济增长的贡献率均在10%以上。台湾省劳动力资源配置对经济增长的影响的实证经验对中国大陆具有重要的参考意义。

The thesis proposes Index Incremental Analytic Method to calculate labor allocation effect on Taiwan＇s Economic Growth from 1952 to 2015. Calculation results reflect that labor allocation effect contributes over I0% to Taiwan＇s economic growth in 1964-1973 and 1979-1989 and 1998-2001. Empirical Study of Taiwan has an important reference value for Chinese Mainland.
