Effectiveness Evaluation of Missile System Based on Improved MCGC

摘要 为更好地评估实战背景下导弹武器系统的作战效能,在传统ADC模型中引入操作人员能力素质系数K和战场环境影响参数Q,构建了基于改进ADC模型的作战效能评估指标体系,运用云重心评判法解决了效能评估中存在的不确定性问题。仿真算例通过对各指标加权偏离度的分析,快速找到了影响导弹作战效能的主要因素加以改进提高,校验了该方法的正确性和有效性,为今后导弹的设计研发和作战使用提供了科学决策依据。 In order to improve the campaign effectiveness evaluation of missiles,the coefficient of operators’ level of missile system( K) and battlefield confrontation coefficient( Q) are brought into the traditional ADC model. An effectiveness evaluation index system is designed based on an improved ADC model. In view of some uncertain factors existing in the effectiveness evaluation,membership cloud gravity center( MCGC) based on cloud theory is adopted. Finally,the emulation example shows that,the main factors influencing the effectiveness are found and improved by analyzing the weighting deviation of all indexes. The method has also been proved with correctness and availability,which can be brought about the scientific decision-marking basis for the design and application of missile system.
