医患认知视角下医患沟通行为的期望分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:从患者期望视角出发,比较医患双方沟通行为的差异,为解决医患纠纷提供理论依据。方法:通过个人访谈和现场问卷调查,收集医疗服务中医患沟通行为内容的主要数据,分析医务人员沟通管理要点是否满足患者对医疗服务沟通的期望。结果:医患沟通期望行为差异较大,患者沟通意愿被压抑,沟通满意度不高;患者对医患关系、医患信任、医患沟通满意度认知不同,患者沟通期望也存在明显差异。结论:医疗机构应注重培养患者就医前沟通准备素养,释放患者沟通意愿,提高患者满意度;同时采取多种措施改善患者对医患关系、医患信任、医患沟通满意度认知,全面提高医疗沟通质量,为减少医患纠纷提供解决路径。
