加强高职高专院校中医护理专业教育的必要性及方法

Necessity and Methods of strengthening the Nursing Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Higher Vocational Colleges

护理教育肩负着为医疗卫生事业培养合格护理人才的任务,而中医护理是我国护理领域的一个重要组成部分。《中医药创新发展规划纲要(2006—2020年)》(以下简称《规划纲要》)从中医药创新发展的全局出发,明确了"继承、创新、现代化、国际化"四个方面的基本任务,为中医药事业的发展指明了方向。本文从中西医护理结合、实践教学和师资队伍建设三个方面探讨了在高职高专院校加强中医护理教育的必要性和方法。

Nursing education shoulders the task of training qualified nursing personnel for medical and health services, while traditional Chinese medicine nursing is an important part of the field of nursing in China. The Innovation and＇Development of Chinese Medicine Plan （2006-2020） （hereinafter referred to as the ＂plan＂） from the overall situation of the innovation and development of Chinese medicine, it cleared the basic task of the four aspects of ＂inheritance, innovation, modernization and internationalization＂, and pointed out the direction for the development of the undertaking of traditional Chinese medicine. This article discussed the necessity and methods of strengthening the nursing education in traditional Chinese medicine in higher vocational colleges from three aspects： the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, the practice teaching and the construction of teaching staff.
