标准化病人在中医内科临床技能实训和考核中的应用

The Application of Standardized Patients in Clinical Skills Training and Assessment on Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的为了更好地培养出胜任临床工作、符合临床需求的中医人才,对中医本科生临床技能实训和毕业生考核方法进行了改革。方法招募志愿者,选择临床常见病作为标准化病人,对标准化病人进行培训,应用到本科生中医内科临床技能实训和毕业生临床技能考核中。结果采用标准化病人进行临床技能实训和考核,更好地培养和检验了学生的临床能力,获得了学生及教师的高度认可和好评。结论标准化病人在中医内科临床技能实训和考核中的应用,不仅能构建课堂教学与临床教学的桥梁,活跃教学气氛,激发学生的自主学习兴趣,培养学生正确处理医患关系的能力,提高学生临床思维技能;而且全面、标准、客观、公平、准确地反映学生的临床思维和技能的掌握及运用能力。同时,亦为其他各科临床技能考核和临床实训积累了经验。

Objective In order to better cultivate qualified clinical work, meet the clinical needs of Chinese medicine professionals, we have reformed the clinical skills training and the evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine undergraduate. Methods Recruiting volunteers, selecting clinical common diseases as standardized patients, standardized patients were trained and applied to the clinical skills training of Chinese medicine and clinical skills of graduates. Results The clinical skill training and examination were carried out with standardized patients, and the students＇ clinical ability was better trained and tested. It received a high degree of recognition and praise from students and teachers. Conclusion The application of standardized patients in clinical skill training and examination of traditional Chinese medicine not only can build a bridge of classroom teaching and clinical teaching, active teaching atmosphere and arouse the students＇ autonomous learning interest, cultivate students to correctly handle the relationship between doc- tors and patients, improve students＇ clinical thinking skills, but also comprehensively, standardized, objectively and fair, accurately re- flect the students＇ clinical thinking and skills mastery and ability to use. At the same time, it also accumulated experience for other branches of clinical skills examination and clinical practice.
