摘要
目的探讨标准化病人在诊断学教学及考核中的应用价值,为医学专科院校推广SP教学提供经验。方法选择临床医学专业三年制大二医学生为研究对象,分别采用SP教学、非SP教学法进行诊断学技能培训,并进行技能考核。结果实验组病史采集、体格检查、医患沟通能力明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义;病历书写一项实验组与对照组无统计学意义。结论 SP应用于诊断学教学及考核中可有效解决传统诊断教学的弊端,但构建适合医学专科院校的SP教学模式仍有待进一步摸索。
Objective To explore the application value of standardized patients in teaching and assessment of diagnostics, and to pro- vide experience for the promotion of the SP teaching in medical college. Methods Choosing the sophomores majored in clinical medicine as the research object, and using the SP teaching and non-SP teaching to train students' diagnostic skills respectively and make an assessment. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in medical history collection, physical examination, communication ability between doctors and patients. The difference was statistically significant. But there was no statistical significance between the two groups in medical record writing, Conclusion The SP teaching can effectively solve the shortcomings of traditional diagnosis teaching in the teaching and evaluation of diagnostics, but it still needs to be further explored to construct the SP teaching mode which is suitable for the medical college.
