小续命汤对风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性中风患者神经功能及中医证候的影响

Effect of Xiaoxuming Decoction on Neurological Function and TCM Symptom of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke of Phlegm Wind Resistance Type

目的探讨小续命汤对风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性中风患者神经功能及中医证候的影响。方法选取我院于2014年6月—2015年2月期间收治的88例风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性中风患者为研究对象,按抽签方式分为对照组(n=44)和观察组(n=44)。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用小续命汤治疗。比较治疗前、后2组神经功能及中医证候的变化情况及不良反应发生率,并评价2组临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,2组中医症候积分、NIHSS评分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中医症候积分、NIHSS评分在治疗后相比,观察组均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效较对照组明显更好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用小续命汤对风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性中风患者进行治疗,可有效促进患者神经功能的恢复,改善临床症状,加快身体康复进程,具有临床推广意义。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoxuming decoction on neurological function and TCM symptom of patients with a- cute ischemic stroke of phlegm wind resistance type. Methods 88 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke of phlegm wind resis- tance type admitted into the hospital from June 2014 to February 2015 were divided into control group （n=44） and observation group （n=44） by draw lots. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group took Xiaoxuming decoc- tion on the basis of control group. The changes of neurological function and TCM symptom and the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups before and after treatment were compared. The clinical effect of two groups was evaluated. Results Comparing with pre- treatment, scores of TCM symptom and NIHSS of two groups decreased, and the difference had statistical significance （/-〈0.05） . Af- ter treatment, scores of TCM symptom and NIHSS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and difference had statistical significance （P〈O.05） . The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Xiaoxuming decoction in treating acute ischemic stroke of phlegm wind resistance type can effectively promote recovery of neurological function, improve clinical symptom, and accelerate rehabilitation pro- cess, which has significance of clinical generalization.
