《傅青主女科》由清代傅青主编著。该书成书于清康熙十二年(1673),全书二卷,附《产后编》两卷,并附补篇一章。全书博采众家,独有见地,论述简要,辨证详明,方效药简,立法严谨而不失灵活,制方精良且不矜奇立异,因疗效卓著而备受中医妇科医家尊崇。书中以论病求因,善抓主症,重视脏腑经络辨证,重视肝、脾、肾三脏病机,善用气血培补、脾胃调理之法为特点,制方用药,纯和无一峻品,注重炮制,至今,其方药仍为妇产科所常用,甚至延伸应用到妇产科之外。

The Fu Qingzhu＇s Obstetrics and Gynecology was edited by Fu Qingzhu in the Qing Dynasty. This book was completed in the twelfth year of the reign of Qing Emperor Kangxi （1673） , which had two volumes, and attached to the two volumes of Chanhou Bian and a supplementary chapter. The book includes strong points from others, has unique insight, brief discussion, complete and explicit syndrome differentiation, effective recipes and simplified medication, rigorous and flexible principle, excellent and orthodox recipes, and because of the significantly curative effect, it is highly respected by gynecological physicians of TCM. The characteristics of this book are treatment for etiology, grasping the main symptoms, attaching importance to syndrome differentiation for zang-fu vis- cera and meridian, paying attention to the pathogenesis of liver, spleen and kidney, making good use of nourishing qi and blood, regu- lating spleen and stomach. All the recipes are gentle, and focused on processing. So far, recipes and medicines are still commonly used in the obstetrics and gynecology, and even extend to the application of obstetrics and gynecology.
