放血拔罐配合凉血消疕汤治疗寻常型银屑病45例

Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping in cooperation with Liangxue Xiaobi Decoction in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris for 45 Cases

目的观察分析放血拔罐配合凉血消疕汤治疗寻常型银屑病(血热型)的治疗效果。方法 90例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例;治疗组给予放血拔罐配合自拟凉血消疕汤口服;对照组给予复方青黛胶囊,1次4粒,1日3次,口服;维生素C片,1次2片,1日3次,口服。疗程均为8周,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组及对照组有效率分别为91.11%和73.34%,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放血拔罐配合凉血消疕汤治疗寻常型银屑病(血热型)疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping in cooperation with liangx- ue xiaobi decoction in treating psoriasis vulgaris （blood heat type） . Methods 90 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. The treatment group was given blood-letting puncture and cupping in cooperation with Liangxue Xiaobi decoction. The control group was given compound Qingdai capsule （4 rid） and Vitamins C tablets （2 tid） for oral use. The therapeutic course of both groups was 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 91.11% and 73.34%, respectively. The data above showed a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The blood-letting puncture and cupping in cooperation with liangxue xiaobi decoction in treating psoriasis vulgaris （blood heat type） has significantly therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical expansion.
