参麦注射液在急性白血病化疗中的临床价值分析

Analysis on the Clinical Value of Shenmai Injection in Acute Leukemia Chemotherapy

目的探索参麦注射液在急性白血病化疗应用中的临床疗效。方法 68例气阴两虚型急性白血病患者随机分为对照组34例,治疗组34例。对照组采用西医常规化疗治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加参麦注射液,观察2组一般症状、造血功能、临床疗效。结果 2组患者治疗后观察组总有效率为88.2%;对照组总有效率为82.3%;2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗14 d后观察组血红蛋白含量(94.61±4.22)g/L、白细胞计算(3.5±0.22)×109/L、血小板计数(50.16±3.05)×109/L,对照组分别(88.30±2.00)g/L、(2.05±0.12)×109/L、(35.32±1.51)×109/L。2组各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论急性白血病化疗时连用麦注射液可促进化疗后造血功能的恢复,是一种有效安全的,起到"减毒增效"作用药物,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the application of Shenmai injection in acute leukemia chemotherapy applications. Methods 68 cases of patients with acute leukemia of deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly divided into control group of 34 cases and treatment group of 34 cases. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine and chemotherapy treatment. The treatment group was given Shenmai injection on the basis of the control group. The general symptoms, hematopoietic function, clinical effect were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 88.2% and 82.3%, respectively, and the difference between two groups was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05） . After treatment of 14d, the hemoglobin levels of the observation group was （94.61 ±4.22） g / L, white blood cell calculation of the observation group was （3.5±0.22）×10^9 / L, platelet count of the observation group was （50.16±3.05）×10^9 / L, the hemoglobin levels of the control group was （88.30±2.00） g / L, white blood cell calculation of the control group was （2.05 ± 0.12）×10^9 / L, platelet count of the control group was （35.32 ±1.51）×10^9/ L, indexes of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion When carrying out chemotherapy for acute leukemia patient, Shenmai injection can promote the recovery of hematopoietic function after chemotherapy, is an effective and safe method, act as ＂ attenuated synergistic＂ effects of drugs, and is worth promoting.
