电针四神针对改善小儿脑瘫合并智力障碍的临床研究

Clinical Research of Electricacupuncture at Sishen Points on Improveing the Infantile Cerebral Palsy with Mental Retardation

目的观察电针四神针治疗脑性瘫痪合并智力障碍的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的72例脑瘫合并智力障碍患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组各36例。2组均进行头皮针灸、药物、PT、OT、理疗等康复训练,治疗组加用电针四神针治疗。3个月为1疗程,共治疗1个疗程。治疗结束后观察2组智力提高效果。结果治疗组和对照组患儿在治疗前后智力测试均有所提高。治疗后,治疗组和对照组在智力测试方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效比较,治疗组显效18例,有效15例,无效1例。对照组显效11例,有效17例,无效3例,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论电针四神针对于治疗脑瘫合并智力障碍患儿有更好疗效,能够有效改善患儿的认知能力。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electricacupuncture at the Sishen points in the treatment cerebral palsy with mental retardation. Methods Seventy-two cases cerebral palsy with mental retardation patients conformed to the conclusion criteria were randomized into the treatment group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The two groups received scalp acupuncture, drugs, physical therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy rehabilitation training. The treatment also received eleetrieacupunc- ture at the Sishen points. 3 months was a course of treatment. The treatment continued one course of treatment. The effect on improv- ing intelligence of two groups after treatment was observed. Results Intelligence tests were improved in both groups before and after treatment. There was statistical difference on the intelligence tests （P〈0.05） in the treatment group after the treatment. The clinic curative effect between two groups was compared, the numbers of remarkable effect, effect and inefficacy after treatment were 18 cas- es, 15 cases and 1 case respectively in the treatment group, the numbers of remarkable effect, effect and inefficacy after treatment were 11 cases, 17 cases and 3 cases respectively in the control group, and there were significant differences between two groups （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Electricacupuncture at the Sishen points in the treatment cerebral palsy with mental retardation has better cura- tive effect than the control group, which could effectively improve the patient＇s cognitive ability.
