医学专科院校客观结构化临床考试方式的初步探索

A Preliminary Exploration of Objective Structured Clinical Examination in Medical College

对医学生临床能力的评价一直是国内外医学教育界关注和研究的问题,随着客观结构化临床考试和标准化病人的广泛应用,我校也进行了一些初步尝试。通过对我校与新乡医学院联办本科生关于客观结构化临床考试的问卷调查,了解学生对OSCE考试方法、考站设置、标准化病人表现的看法,以便更好的改进和完善OSCE,并逐步在专科教育中推广、应用。

As the evaluation about medical clinical ability of students has always been a matter of medical education to be studied at home and abroad, it also made some attempt to our schoolwith the objective structured clinical examination and the wide application of standardized patients. Using the questionnaire survey in relation to objective structured clinical examination, the view of under-graduate student coming from the joint with Xinxiang medical college in our school has been understood about the OSCE examination method, the test station setup and standardized patients, the students in our school, in order to preferably improve, perfect, promote and applicate the OSCE gradually in college education.
