五子衍宗丸治疗精液异常男性不育300例

Wuzi Yanzong Pills in the Treatment of Abnormal Sperm Male Infertility for 300 Cases

目的观察五子衍宗丸治疗精液异常男性不育患者的临床疗效。方法将我院男科2010年3月—2014年8月期间收治的580例精液异常男性不育患者分为研究组(300例)和一般组(280例),给予一般组患者维生素C、维生素E治疗,给予研究组患者五子衍宗丸治疗。结果治疗前2组患者的精液量、精子密度、a级精子活力比较均不存在明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的精液量多于一般组患者,精子密度大于一般组患者,a级精子活力强于一般组患者,治疗周期结束后,随访2组患者12个月,研究组患者配偶的妊娠率高于一般组患者配偶(80.3%、68.6%),组间上述指标比较存在的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者用药治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论五子衍宗丸治疗精液异常所致男性不育,效果确切,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Wuzi Yanzong pills in the treatment of abnormal sperm of male infertility.Methods 580 cases of abnormal sperm male infertility patients treated from March 2010 to August 2014 period were divided into study group（300 cases） and general group（280 cases）. Patients in the general group were given vitamin C, vitamin E treatment.The study group was given Wuzi Yanzong pills. Results Before treatment, semen volume and sperm density, a comparative level of sperm motility between the two groups were not significantly different（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, semen volume of the study group was more than that of the general group, sperm density of the study group was greater than that of the general group, and the level of sperm motility of the study group was stronger than that of the gerenal group at the end of the treatment period. Patients were fol-lowed up for 12 months, the pregnancy rate of the study group（80.3%） was higher than that of the general group（68.6%）, and the index comparison between groups were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. No serious adverse events occurred during the treatment of two groups of patients with medication. Conclusion Wuzi Yanzong pills in the treatment of male infertility caused abnormal semen has exact effect and high safety.
