中成药联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎活动期的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Patent Drug combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Active Stage

目的探讨中药联合抗风湿药对类风湿性关节炎活动期的治疗效果。方法选择在我院治疗的60例类风湿性关节炎活动期患者,将患者按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例患者单纯采用抗风湿类药物治疗,观察组患者30例则采用中药联合抗风湿类药物治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗前,2组ESR、CRP、RF指标比较无显著差异,治疗后2组患者各项指标均有所下降,其中观察组各项指标下降更为明显,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为76.7%和93.3%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于类风湿性关节炎活动期患者采用中药联合抗风湿类药物治疗,治疗效果可得到有效提高,有效改善患者病情,可在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese patent drug combined with anti rheumatic drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 60 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were selected, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment methods. In the control group, 30 patients were treated with anti rheumatic drugs. The observation group of 30 cases was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with anti rheumatic drugs. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups on ESR, CRP and RF, the indexes of the two groups were decreased after treatment, the indexes of the observation group decreased more obviously, comparing with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the effective rate of the control group and the observation group was 76.7% and 93.3%, respectively, and the difference between the groups was significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion For rheumatoid arthritis in active stage patients, traditional Chinese medicine combined with anti rheumatic drugs treatment can effectively improved the therapeutic effect and patient＇s condition, and can be popularized in clinical application.
