加味知柏地黄汤治疗老年阴道炎临床疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的探究加味知柏地黄汤治疗老年阴道炎临床疗效。方法收集我门诊部收治的老年阴道炎患者64例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各32例。对照组在阴道给予甲硝唑栓,每日1粒,每日1次;试验组在对照组的基础上给予加味知柏地黄汤,每日1剂,分2次口服。2组均以1个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果治疗后与对照组总有效率71.88%相比,试验组临床总有效率为93.75%较高(P<0.05)。结论加味知柏地黄汤治疗老年阴道炎能够改善临床症状,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Zhibai Dihuang decoction in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods64 cases of senile vaginitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received Metronidazole Suppositories, 1 capsule daily and 1 time a day. The experiment group received Zhibai Dihuang decoction, 1 dose daily and 2 times a day. One menstrual cycle as a course of treatment, and 2 groups were all treated for 3 courses. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experiment group was 93.75 % which was higher than71.88% of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang decoction in the treatment of senile vaginitis is curative effective, and it can improve clinical symptoms.
