中医正骨手法治疗上肢骨骨折

Traditional Chinese Medicine Bone-setting Manipulation in the Treatment of Upper Limb Bone Fracture

目的探讨上肢骨骨折患者采用中医正骨手法治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年9月—2015年9月收治的上肢骨骨折患者104例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各52例,对照组患者均行外科手术治疗,观察组患者均采用中医正骨治疗,经治疗后综合比较两组患者临床治疗效果与不良反应情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为92.4%,对照组患者临床总有效率为88.5%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组患者中局部感染发生率为9.6%,血管神经损伤发生率为11.5%,骨膜损伤发生率为7.7%,均明显高于观察组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上肢骨骨折患者采用中医正骨手法治疗能够达到行外科手术的预后效果,并且可显著抑制手术相关不良反应的发生,具有良好应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of upper limb bone fracture. Methods 104 cases of patients with upper limb bone fracture in our hospital between September 2013 and September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 52 cases in the control group patients performed surgical treatment. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation. After treatment,the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups was compared, respectively. Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 92.4%, the clinical total effective rate of the control group was 88.5 %, and there was no statistically significant difference between groups（P〈0.05）. In the control group, the local infection rate was 9.6%, blood vessels, nerve injury incidence rate was 11.5%, the periosteum injury incidence was 7.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the observation group, respectively, and there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of upper limb bone fracture can achieve prognosis effect of surgical operation, can significantly inhibit the occurrence of adverse reactions related to the operation, and has a good application value.
