中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Menopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的对中西医结合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的疗效进行针对性探索。方法选取我院2014年11月—2015年11月收治的124例更年期功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用西医疗法,给药醋酸钾羟孕酮、戊酸雌二醇适量;研究组采用中西医结合疗法,西药剂量与对照组一致,中药以补肾益气固冲汤为主。结果对照组总有效率77.42%,研究组96.77%,后者显著优于前者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者子宫内膜厚度,研究组小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者月经经量、经期以及周期,与对照组比较有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法在治疗更年期功能性子宫出血中有显著疗效。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 124 cases of climacteric functional uterine bleeding patients in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with Western medicine therapy, and was given potassium acetate hydroxyprogesterone and amount of estradiol valerate. The study group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The dose of Western medicine and the control group were same. The traditional Chinese medicine was mainly Bushen Yiqi Guchong decoction.Results In the control group, the total effective rate was 77.42%. The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77. The total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the endometrial thickness of the study group was less than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, menstrual by volume, menstruation and the cycle of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of climacteric functional uterine bleeding has significant effect.
