陈皮口服液制备工艺及其药效研究

Study on the Preparation Technology and Effect of Dried Tangerine Peel Oral Liquid

目的观察陈皮口服液制备工艺和防治晕车的临床疗效。方法现代方法制备陈皮口服液,试验组82例采用陈皮口服液,对照组采用茶苯海明片,给药方法均为口服。观察2组晕车相关症状和体征变化。结果建立橙皮苷含量测定方法控制质量,药效2组均能有效缓解晕车症状。其中试验组总有效率为84.15%,对照组总有效率为82.61%,2组疗效比较,经R idit分析,u=1.486(P>0.05),治疗组疗效与对照组无显著性差异。结论建立橙皮苷含量测定方法可以控制质量陈皮口服液制备工艺能有效地防治晕车,具有很好开发价值。

Objective To observe the preparation technology and clinical effect of dried tangerine peel oral liquid on motion sickness prevention. Methods The modern method prepared dried tangerine peel oral liquid. The test group of 82 cases used dried tangerine peel oral liquid. The control group used dimenhydrinate tablets. The method of administration is oral. Motion sickness symptoms and signs of change were observed. Results The hesperidin determination method to control the quality was established. Two groups could effectively relieve the symptoms of motion sickness. The total effective rate of the test group and the control group was 84.15% and82.61%, respectively, two groups were compared by Ridit analysis, u = 1.486（P〈0.05）, and there were not significant differences.Conclusion The method for the determination of hesperidin can control the quality of oral preparation technology, can effectively prevent motion sickness, and has good development value.
