HPLC法测定瘀痹平片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

Content Determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Yubiping Tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定瘀痹平片中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用Ultimate-C18色谱柱,甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相;流速0.8 ml·min^(-1);检测波长270 nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA的线性范围为32.06~320.6μg,相关系数r=0.9998,平均回收率为97.80%,RSD=1.09%(n=6)。结论本方法高效、便捷、专属性强,定量准确,重复性好,可以为瘀痹平片的质量控制提供参考。

Objective To establish a HPLC method to determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Yubiping tablets. Methods Ultimate-C18 chromatographic column was used methanol-waters（ 80：20） as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1. The detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Results The Tanshinone Ⅱ A showed a good linear relationship over the range of 32.06-320.6μg, r=0.9998.The average recovery was 97.80%, RSD=1.09%（n=6）. Conolusion The method is efficient, convenient, specific, accurate quantitative and repeatability. It can provide the reference for quality control of Yubiping tablets.
