摘要
目的:系统地探讨家庭状况对高职生职业成熟度的影响。方法:采用整群抽样的方式,对不同年级、不同专业的445名高职生进行问卷调查。结果:对父母教养方式而言,拒绝、情感温暖和过度保护分别和高职生的职业成熟度呈显著负相关(父r=-0.09,P<0.05;母r=-0.11,P<0.05)、非常显著正相关(父r=0.25,P<0.01;母r=0.24,P<0.01)和不显著相关(父r=-0.05,P>0.05;母r=0.01,P>0.05);家庭亲密度和其职业成熟度呈非常显著的正相关(r=0.32,P<0.01);家庭经济状况(F=0.12,P>0.05)、是否独生子女(F=0.00,P>0.05)、父母亲的受教育程度(父F=0.66,P>0.05;母F=0.81,P>0.05)对其职业成熟度均无显著影响。结论:父母教养方式中拒绝、情感温暖和家庭亲密度与其职业成熟度有相关性,对于家庭经济状况、独生与否、亲的受教育程度等方面不同的高职生,教育者在培养职业成熟度时无需区别对待。
Objective:To discuss the influence of family status on vocational college students" career maturity sys- tematically.Methods:Using cluster sampling method,the questionnaire survey was conducted among 445 vocational college students from different grades and different major. Results: Parental rearing styles of refusal, emotional warmth and over--protection had respectively significantly negative correlation(with father r=-0.09, P〈0.05; with mother r =-0.11, P 〈 0.05 ), very significantly positive correlation ( with father r = 0.25, P〈 0.01; with father r = 0.24,P〈0.0) ,and no significant correlation(with father r=-0.05,P〉0.05;with father r=0.01 ,P〉0.O)with vocational college students' career maturity; family cohesion and career maturity had significantly positive correlation(r = 0.32,P〈0.01); And family economic status(F=0.12,P〉0.05),whether only dhild(F=0.00,P〉0.05),and parents' education level (with father F = 0.66, P 〉 0.05; with father F = 0.81, P 〉 0.05) had no significant effect on students' career maturity.Conclusion.. Refusal, emotional warmth, family cohesion are related to career maturity. For vocational college students with different family economic conditions, conditions of being the only child or not, and parents' different education levels, there is no need for educators to treat them differently when training career maturity.
