摘要 静注人免疫球蛋白（intravenous immunoglobulin,IVIG）是从健康人血浆中分离提取的多种IgG抗体混合物,其中含有一定量的IgG型抗A/B血型抗体（血凝素）,在临床上用于非O血型患者时,抗A/B血型抗体可与患者红细胞表面的A/B血型抗原结合,有诱发溶血反应的风险[1-2].特异性IgG型抗A/B血型抗体是制备IVIG所用原料血浆中的正常成分,但大剂量输注含有血型抗体的IVIG则可能导致溶血,因此确保抗A/B血型抗体在IVIG制品中的低水平非常重要[3].
