计算机软件与冠脉CT相结合在冠脉血流动力学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是严重威胁人类身体健康的疾病,而血流动力学因素也在其中起了重要的作用。如何计算血流动力学指标也成为目前临床上研究的热点,多年来都无法在无创方式下测量血流动力学指标。随着计算机技术的进展,通过MIMICS软件,ANSYS软件与冠脉CT结合已能够计算血流动力学各项指标。目前,应用CFD结合医学影像学资料的方法,可以更为准确的获取在体血管的流体力学参数,有助于更为深入的研究流体力学与动脉粥样硬化形成、斑块进展的关系。计算流体力学技术结合冠脉cT能够提供更为真实的可视化数据,有助于更好的理解和评估局部流体力学状态与动脉粥样硬化发生、斑块进展的关系。
