骨科手术中抗菌药物防治感染的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨骨科手术中抗菌药物防治感染的疗效。方法 120例接受骨科手术治疗的患者,随机分为观察组与参考组,每组60例。观察组患者术前0.5~1.0 h内、术后12 h均静脉滴注足量抗菌药物,参考组患者术后静脉滴注抗菌药物持续7 d。观察两组患者术后感染率、愈合率及术后住院时间。结果观察组术后感染发生率1.7%低于参考组13.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后甲级愈合率50.0%高于参考组31.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均术后住院时间(15.77±1.56)d短于参考组(19.65±2.08)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科手术中把握合适的抗菌药物使用时机能够降低术后感染的发生,促进患者术后康复。 Objective To explore curative effect of antibacterial agents in preventing and treating infection in orthopedic operation. Methods A total of 120 patients receiving orthopedic operation treatment were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group received plenty of antimicrobial agents by intravenous drips in preoperative 0.5 ~ 1.0 h and postoperative 12 h, and the control group received antimicrobial agents by intravenous drips for 7 d. Observation were made on postoperative infection rate, healing rate and hospital stay time. Results The observation group ha lower postoperative infection rate as 1.7% than 13.3% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had higher postoperative first grade healing rate as 50.0% than 31.7% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The observation group had shorter average postoperative hospital stay time as(15.77±1.56) d than(19.65±2.08) d in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Seizing the appropriate timing of using antimicrobial agents in orthopaedic surgery can reduce the occurrence of postoperative infection, and promote postoperative rehabilitation in patients.
