改良大隐静脉曲张手术治疗静脉曲张实施方法及效果观察

Observation on implementation method and effect of modified great saphenous varicose veins surgery in the treatment of varicosity

目的分析评价改良大隐静脉曲张实施方法及治疗效果。方法 46例大隐静脉曲张患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各23例。对照组患者采用传统大隐静脉曲张的方式进行治疗,实验组患者采用改良大隐静脉曲张的方式进行治疗。治疗后,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间,同时观察两组并发症情况。结果实验组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间分别为(40.21±4.87)min、(17.65±2.33)ml、(4.41±1.56)d,优于对照组的(61.33±3.98)min、(49.88±1.62)ml、(8.43±3.02)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者并发症发生率为8.70%,低于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良大隐静脉曲张治疗方式并发症较少,安全性高,治疗时间短,值得临床重视及推广。

Objective To analyze and evaluate implementation method and effect of modified great saphenous varicose veins surgery. Methods A total of 46 great saphenous varicose veins patients were divided by random number method into experimental group and control group, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received traditional method of great saphenous varicose veins for treatment, and the experimental group received modified method of great saphenous varicose veins for treatment. Comparison were made on operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative hospital stay time in two groups, and complications were observed in two groups. Results The experimental group had operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, and postoperative hospital stay time respectively as（40.21±4.87） min,（17.65±2.33） ml and（4.41±1.56） d, which were all better than（61.33±3.98） min,（49.88±1.62） ml and（8.43±3.02） d in the control group, and their differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had lower incidence of complications as 8.70% than 73.91% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified treatment method of great saphenous varicose veins has few complications, high security and short treatment time. So it is worth clinical attention and promotion.
