Palodent V3修复磨牙临面缺损的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of Palodent V3 in repair of molar teeth surface defect

目的观察Palodent V3修复磨牙临面缺损的临床疗效。方法 160颗临面缺损磨牙,随机分成实验组和对照组,各80颗。实验组Palodent V3成形系统复合树脂充填,对照组采用传统半环周型复合树脂充填。于修复后6个月和1年复诊。对比两组效果。结果实验组修复后6个月的成功率为97.4%、修复后1年的成功率为94.3%,均高于对照组的33.3%、27.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Palodent V3成型系统复合树脂修复磨牙临面缺损临床疗效良好,显著优于传统半环周型成型系统。

Objective To observe clinical effect of Palodent V3 in repair of molar teeth surface defect. Methods A total of 160 surface defect molar teeth were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 teeth in each group. The experimental group received Palodent V3 figuration system compound resins filling, and the control group received traditional semicircular compound resins filling. They all had subsequent visit in 6 months and 1 year repair. Curative effect was compared in two groups. Results The experimental group had success rate in 6 months repair as 97.4%, and 94.3% in 1 year repair, which were all higher than 33.3% and 27.9% in the control group. Their differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Palodent V3 figuration system compound resins shows perfect clinical effect in repair of molar teeth surface defect, which is obviously better than traditional semicircular figuration system.
