高浓度乙醇湿敷治疗产后痔疮的临床观察

Clinical observation of high concentration ethanol hydropathic compress in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoid

目的观察高浓度乙醇湿敷治疗产后痔疮的临床效果。方法 142例产后住院产妇痔疮患者,采取随机数字法分成观察组和对照组,每组71例。对照组采取无痛碘擦洗,观察组则采取高浓度乙醇湿敷,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗前,观察组的疼痛评分为(2.17±0.47)分、水肿评分为(2.19±0.49)分、痔疮直径为(1.65±0.86)cm,与对照组的(2.18±0.49)分、(2.17±0.46)分、(1.62±0.91)cm比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛评分为(1.02±0.14)分、水肿评分为(1.04±0.20)分、痔疮直径为(1.01±0.77)cm,均优于对照组的(2.11±0.45)分、(2.05±0.44)分、(1.48±0.95)cm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.77%,高于对照组的64.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高浓度乙醇湿敷治疗产后痔疮的临床效果较无痛碘更显著,是一种优秀的治疗方法。

Objective To observe clinical effect by high concentration ethanol hydropathic compress in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoid. Methods A total of 142 hospitalized puerpera with postpartum hemorrhoid were divided by random number table into observation group and control group, with 71 cases in each group. The control group received painless iodine scrubbing, and the observation group received high concentration ethanol hydropathic compress. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the observation group had pain score as（2.17±0.47） points, edema score as（2.19±0.49） points and hemorrhoid diameter as（1.65±0.86） cm. Comparing with（2.18±0.49） points,（2.17±0.46） points and（1.62±0.91） cm in the control group, their differences all had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had pain score as（1.02±0.14） points, edema score as（1.04±0.20） points and hemorrhoid diameter as（1.01±0.77） cm after treatment, which were all better than（2.11±0.45） points,（2.05±0.44） points and（1.48±0.95） cm in the control group, and their differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher total effective rate as 95.77% than 64.79% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion As a excellent treatment method, high concentration ethanol hydropathic compress provides more remarkable clinical effect in treating postpartum hemorrhoid than painless iodine.
