综合护理干预对社区精神分裂症患者服药依从性及康复的影响分析

Analysis on effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on medication compliance and rehabilitation for community schizophrenic patients

目的探讨社区精神分裂症患者实施综合护理干预对其服药依从性及康复的影响。方法 60例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各30例,两组入院后均给予常规抗精神病药物治疗,在此基础上对照组给予出院指导和定期随诊,干预组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预,对两组患者服药依从性和康复情况进行比较。结果出院1年后,干预组服药依从性(93.33%)明显高于对照组(60.00%)(P<0.05);干预组社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分(SDSS)为(7.01±2.14)分显著低于对照组的(11.85±2.86)分(P<0.05);干预组出现复发1例(3.33%)低于对照组的13例(43.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区精神分裂症患者实施综合护理干预,有利于提高患者服药依从性,改善患者社会功能缺陷,降低复发率,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on medication compliance and rehabilitation for community schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 60 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups. Both groups received conventional antipsychotics for treatment after admission, and the control group also received discharge guidance and regular follow-up. The intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention on basis of the control group. Comparison were made on meditation compliance and rehabilitation in two groups. Results After 1 year of discharge, the intervention group had better compliance of meditation（93.33%） than the control group（60.00%）（P〈0.05）. The intervention group had lower social disability screening schedule（SDSS） as（7.01±2.14） points than（11.85±2.86） points in the control group（P〈0.05）. The intervention group had 1 recurrent case（3.33%）, which was less than 13 cases（43.33%） in the control group. All differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to increase medication compliance in community schizophrenic patients, improve social disability and decrease recurrence rate. So this method is worth promoting and applying.
