多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效对比

Comparison of clinical effects by doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的探讨多索茶碱和氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的不同效果,为取得较好的治疗效果提供科学的指导。方法 64例支气管哮喘患者,按科学统计法分为多索茶碱组和氨茶碱组,每组32例。多索茶碱组患者主要使用多索茶碱药物治疗,氨茶碱组患者主要使用氨茶碱药物治疗,治疗结束后对两组患者临床体征变化进行对比分析。结果多索茶碱组患者治疗总有效率为93.75%;氨茶碱组患者治疗总有效率为75.00%,多索茶碱组治疗总有效率明显高于氨茶碱组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,多索茶碱组患者1例出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为3.13%;氨茶碱组患者6例出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为18.75%,多索茶碱组患者不良反应发生率明显低于氨茶碱组(P<0.05)。结论采用多索茶碱治疗能够有效地改善支气管哮喘患者的相关呼吸道病情和肺功能,减少不良反应的发生,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate different effects by doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma, and to provide scientific guidance for better curative effect. Methods A total of 64 patients with bronchial asthma were divided by scientific statistics into doxofylline group and aminophylline group, with 32 cases in each group. The doxofylline group received doxofylline for main treatment, and the aminophylline received aminophylline for main treatment. Comparative analysis was made after treatment on clinical vital signs changes between the two groups. Results The doxofylline group had total effective rate in treatment as 93.75%, and the aminophylline group had total effective rate in treatment as 75.00%. The doxofylline group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment than the aminophylline group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. During treatment, there was 1 case with adverse reactions in the doxofylline group, with incidence of adverse reactions as 3.13%. The aminophylline group had 6 cases with adverse reactions, with incidence of adverse reactions as 18.75%. The doxofylline group had much lower incidence of adverse reactions than the aminophylline group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of doxofylline can effectively improve related respiratory diseases and pulmonary function in bronchial asthma patients and reduce adverse reactions. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
