2016年,中国能源价格形成机制改革稳步推进,石油、天然气和电力定价机制改革都取得了新进展;能源供给侧结构性改革继续深化,煤炭行业去产能力度空前,石化、电力去产能稳步推进,市场准入范围进一步扩大。2017年将是落实中国能源领域各项"十三五"规划的关键一年,化解防范产能过剩依然是政策的重中之重,油气体制改革总体方案将出台,天然气的主力能源地位得以确认,各项价格改革继续向纵深推进。

In 2016, the reform of China＇s energy pricing mechanism carried forward stably with great progress in oil, natural gas and electricity industry.The supply-side structural reform of energy has deepened, which reflected greatly cutting excess manufacturing capacity in coal industry, stably reducing production capacity in the petrochemical and electricity industry, further expanding the scope of market access in energy.It is 2017 that is a crucial year for the implementation of the energy planning in 13 th Five-Year Plan period.Solving excess capacity is still the most important policy.Oil and gas system reform program will be introduced in the near future and the main energy position of natural gas is confirmed.The price reform will continue to advance.
