摘要
针对废塑料油化工艺中的问题 ,应用新型的流化床反应釜催化裂解废塑料 ,并利用混合废塑料为原料进行了中试试验 ;研究了催化剂种类和催化改质温度对所得液体油品产率、催化剂积碳率等的影响以及热裂解中裂解温度对液体油品产率的影响。油品经催化改质后 ,其质量得到明显提高 。
Focusing on several problems existing in the manufacture of fuel oils from the cracking of waste plastics,this paper studies the catalytically cracking action of the self made catalyst YNN and the molecular sieve catalyst PPA (made in U.S.)by using the improved fluidized bed as the reactor.Some influential factors such as the reaction temperature and catalyst dosage on the reaction process and production are discussed.The optimal reaction conditions are determined.Based on these conditions,a pilot test is carried out by using mixed waste plastics.The obtained liquid fuels from the test can meet the related national standards.
